Coach & co-owner Jan Dalziel Smith was a four- year varsity  team captain at Neptune High School…won the Shore Conference All-Around title in 1987…a four time High School State Champion on the balance beam and uneven bars…two-time High School State Champion on the floor exercise…won the all-around at the 1986 Garden State Games…winner of the Governors Cup Award…1987 USAIGC National floor exercise and all-around champion…1989 Olympian Award Winner.

Attended the University of New Hampshire on a full gymnastics scholarship and achieved a BA in Sociology, minor in criminal justice, minor in physical education, MA in elementary education…1993 NCAA 2nd team All-American.  She was the gymnastics coach at Ocean Township High School for 2 years and coached   multiple State Championship Teams. In addition, Jan was the the stunt woman for Catwoman in the video game Batman Forever and currently earned her NJSIAA  Judges license for high school and JOGA gymnastics.
